Will the Sixers re-sign Andre Miller?

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Andre Miller is in the final year of his contract earning $10 million.

Ed Stefanski, 76ers GM, will attempt to re-sign Miller, but the question will be whether or not Miller and the Sixers can agree on a reasonable price.
"We do want to try to put something together that makes sense for Andre and for us. But we are in uncharted waters in free agency now because of the state of the economy. Andre seems happy with us, but, even though we want him back, he's an unrestricted free agent. He has to say yes."
In my opinion, Miller is one of the most underrated PGs in the NBA and a perfect facilitator of the Sixers offense. But Miller is also 33 years old and he will likely be looking for a multi-year deal.

Although Miller would like to be back, he hasn't focused on his contract at all.
"I think so," he said. "We haven't really had Jason or Elton, and those are two big parts of this team. Their going down was tough, but we've kind of rebounded. There have been no discussions [about a new contract or extension]. I told my agent that I didn't want any off-the-court stuff to be a distraction.

"I've never made a big deal about contracts, anyway. That's a part of business and I do think about it because I'm older now. But it's all about being professional. Right now I'm concentrating on playing and doing my job as well as I can. As far as that other stuff, we'll see what happens."
Miller is averaging 16.2 points, 6.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game this season. He's also second on the team in steals (1.6 spg).
