The Wednesday Fix

The Sixers traded Reggie Evans to Toronto. In turn, the Raptors are sending Jason Kapono to Philly.

Memphis prospect Tyreke Evans signed with agent Arn Tellem. Evans worked out for the Kings on Tuesday.

Cristal Taylor, former girlfriend of Dirk Nowitzki, had her trial postponed to July 27th. She was arrested while in his house.

Kevin McHale and Timberwolves president of basketball operations had their third meeting this week.

Gordon Monson of the Salt Lake Tribune says the Jazz should let Carlos Boozer walk. Boozer says he "put the ball in their court" about his status with the team. Jazz GM Kevin O'Connor says he'll "react" after the opt-in-or-opt-out decision is made.

K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune points out that free-agent-to-be Ben Gordon isn't acting like one.

As expected, both Jermaine O'Neal and Yakhouba Diawara exercised their player options and will return to the Miami Heat next season.

Davidson star Stephen Curry will work out for the Knicks today.

UNC PG Ty Lawson says: "In Charlotte, they seem to draft a North Carolina guy every year. Hopefully, Donnie Walsh (Knicks GM) picks me. I wouldn't mind that."

The Magic won game three of the NBA Finals last night, which is their first Finals win ever. Of course, that matters little if they don't get three more.
